8. Diphtalia or penile duplication

This is actually a condition in which a male child is born with two penises. With no doubt, this is an exceedingly rare condition.

9. Retrogade ejaculation

This is a situation that happens when the semen enters the bladder instead of going out through the normal route of passing through the urethra, and out of the penis during orgasm. This actually result to a "dry orgasm" and is actually harmless, but the bad news is that it may lead to male infertility.

10. Penile fracture

Many men are actually doubt this, but for sure, it does happen. When an erect penis is bent excessively during action, it can actually lead to breakage. These are small spots (usually 1 to 3 millimetres in diameter) around the circumference of the glans of the penis. They are neither infectious nor require any serious medical treatment.

16. Fordyce spots

Fordyce spots are small red purple spots (usually 1 to 5 millimetres in diameter) that is found on the glans or shaft of the scrotum. They are painless, not itchy and occur in groups or singly. Fordyce spots occurs as a result of dilated blood vessels, and they are harmless.

17. Tiny nodules on the scrotum or the base of the penis

These are likely innocuous hair follicles.

18. Small to medium-sized raised spots

These spots are sometimes found around the penis. Some can contain pus, but they are probably simple boils or skin spots.

19. Balantis

This condition presents itself as an irritating, burning, red to orange rash. It is an inflammation that affects the head of the penis and or the foreskin. This situation may or may not be transmitted through sexual intercorse.

20. Syphilis

Syphilis is a sexually transmitted infection that is caused by the bacterium Treponema pallidum. Initially, the infection typically causes a simple, round and painless ulcer on the penis or scrotum. With time, the ulcer tends to spread to other parts of the body and can cause damage to many organs.

21. Genital warts

These are pinkish-white, pinkish-brown or skin coloured cauliflower-shaped growths and lumps with a moist surface. They are usually found at the top of the penis, but an also occur on the scrotum, shaft, around the anus and in the throat or mouth. This infection us caused by the Human papilloma virus.

22. Herpes

Herpes is another type of sexually transmitted infection. it presents itself as a small red bumps which develop into blisters that rupture to forin open sores and ulcers. Initially it kicks off with a feverish illness.

23. Male yeast infection

Yes, i know many of you might be saying that yeast infection is only attributed to women. Though they are common among women, but the can also occur in men, and they are frequently transmitted through sexual intercourse. The reddish, itchy and burning rash at the tip of the penis can be easily treated with over-the-counter antifungal ointment.
