You should weigh the kind of words you speak to your own self and compare if you can say them to a loved one. Probably not. Instead of saying negative words to your own self, you should try and treat yourself like your own personal care giver and go at a pace that feels convenient for you. Always take account of all your successes and focus on your strengths instead of your weaknesses.

2. Stick to the basics of general health

When it comes to matters about health, ensure to stick to the basics. Always book an appointment with your doctor, stick to your prescribed medication, and always go for a blood test or general diagnosis. Also, check your sleeping habits if you are having enough sleep, eat regular healthy meals, engage in exercise or get your body moving on a daily basis, socialise with fiends or community groups, think about what make you feel relaxed and also carry them out. You do not really need a trick or life hacks to maintain a good health, as sometimes a positive outlook about life is about keeping things rolling, one step at a time.

3. Get familiar with yourself (or your new self)

The normal "you" that you used to know has probably changed and this can be a bit upsetting. However, you should take time to discover and get familiar with what you are now. What new discoveries have you learnt about yourself? Figure out what is important to you and what your "thing" is, is it nature? Exercise? Games? Football? and so on. What gives you joy today might differ from what used to give you joy during your youthful age, but you should pay attention with the interest in your new self, rather than passing negative judgement. When you are kind to yourself and open yourself to new experiences, you may discover another hidden talents of yours or even a new and improved you.
