Do not use them for long hours, you want vaginal discharge to flush out from the body, not placed close with stuff like pads and panty liners. At the same time, it is very important to pay attention to hygiene during periods. Experiencing a high amount of vaginal infections while menstruating is a common problem faced by many women. The reason, having blood in the vagina alters its pH and throws things out of balance. Therefore, it is very vital to maintain vaginal hygiene at this time.



4. Yoghurt helps

Another effective ingredient which can be considered to deal with vaginal odour is yoghurt. It has lactobacillus bacteria in abundance, which helps fight against candida infection and restore the conventional vaginal pH level.



5. Wonder of white vinegar

White vinegar is quite potent in reducing odour proteins to neutralise odours. It also works wonder in restoring pH levels within the vagina. Use this ingredient to get maximum result and for this, just mix one-half cups all of the white vinegar and salt in cold water. Now for a couple of minutes, soak inside. Repeat this process once every week.


6. Aid of apple cider vinegar

To get the maximum benefit, mix 1 to 2 cups (240 to 470 ml) of apple cider vinegar to your bath water and soak for 20 minutes.
